This book is much more then a Green Smoothie book, its an ispiratational story that will encourage anyone to start getting healthy. Montell Williams discovered he had multiple sclerosis in 1999. He began researching how foor and exercise impacted his health and quality of life. It is his believe that anyone, whether they have a dibilitating desease or not, show stop eathing junk food and increase their fruit and vegetable intake. In the book, Williams has put together a step by step program, including food and exercise diaries, to start living a healthier lifestyle. There are many great Smoothie recipes in this book. I found it very motivating.

Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko

This book more then any other I have read makes the case for everyone needing more Green in their diets. Author Victoria Boutenko has done extensive research into the current Amrican Diet. Boutenko has gone beyond just identifying the problem, though. She is working to solve it. The book contains lots of appetizing Green Smoothie recipes will enable all of us to get the nutrition our bodies desire.
